Brush Up On Your Theology; 7. Hamartiology
by Dr. Henderson Ward
People tend to downplay sin these days, but sin is powerfully affecting the lives of us all, and it is necessary to know about it; and be familiar with it from a Biblical perspective

Why Christians Need to Pay Tithes
by APELLA Magellan
Many Christians argue that tithes should not be paid because it was not practiced by first Christians. This article argues that if we are called upon not to pay tithes because first century Christians did not pay tithes, then we should be selling our properties and giving the money to the apostles. T=========his is what the first century christian did, why don't you practice that?

"Go and sin no more."
by Steve Countryman
Jesus didn't say "go and try not to sin anymore" or "go and hope that you don't sin anymore". The answer was right in front of me the whole time. All I needed to remember was the character of Jesus. That main character is love! For love that Jesus has would not take the phrase "go and sin no more" and treat it as a threat.

1 Corinthians Chapters 2 and 3, Verse by Verse, Part 4
by Karl Kemp
The apostle Paul powerfully warns born again, but fleshy, Christian ministers, who do a lot of building with wood, hay, and straw, along with essential Christian doctrines, that they must repent or face significant disappointment at the end when their work is put to the test. They will be saved, but it will be obvious that their fleshiness hurt the Body of Christ and robbed God of glory. In 1 Cor. 3:16, 17 Paul deals with those "ministers" who are destroying the church: They will be destroyed.

1 Corinthians Chapters 2 and 3, Verse by Verse, Part 3
by Karl Kemp
It is very important to understand that when the apostle Paul spoke of being "of flesh, having been sold into bondage to sin" in Rom. 7:14, he was speaking of mankind in Adam (Rom. 5:12-21), not of those who have been born again in Christ. In 1 Cor. 2:14-3:4 Paul sharply insulted large numbers of the Corinthian Christians for their fleshiness: He said they were infants in Christ, fleshly, walking like mere men. And he powerfully warned ministers (and this has a strong application for all Christians) that they must not build with things of the flesh (wood, hay, and straw).

1 Corinthians Chapters 2 and 3, Verse by Verse, Part 2
by Karl Kemp
The apostle Paul continues to deal with the serious problem that many of the Corinthian Christians were not spiritual by the Spirit here in 1 Cor. 2:9-3:1. He said, in a very insulting way, in an attempt to wake them up, that they were fleshly/carnal, infants in Christ, walking like mere men. I thoroughly discuss what Paul meant by the Greek adjective "psuchikos," which is translated "natural" man by the NASB, in 2:14.

1 Corinthians Chapters 2 and 3, Verse by Verse, Part 1 (of 4 Parts)
by Karl Kemp
One primary thing that the apostle Paul was doing throughout 1 Corinthians chapters 2 and 3 (and throughout much of both epistles to the Corinthians) was to wake up fleshy Christians (including some who were "ministering" at Corinth), who were not adequately spiritual by the Spirit, even though they had been born again by the Spirit. Paul greatly insulted them and powerfully warned them that their fleshy brand of Christianity was not acceptable.

Brush Up On Your Theology; 6. Soteriology
by Dr. Henderson Ward
Soteriology speaks to salvation by God's grace, and Christians everywhere regard Jesus Christ as God's sole means of salvation. Here we examine the broad sweep of our concept of salvation.

Some Comments on Mike Bickle's End-Time Teaching, Part 7
by Karl Kemp
We discussed Dan. 12:1 in Part 6. We discuss Dan. 12:1, 2, 5-7 here in Part 7. These verses are some of the most important prophetic verses in the Bible. They show, for one thing, that the Lord Jesus will return and the resurrection of the believers will take place right in the middle of the seven years.

Some Comments on Mike Bickle's End-Time Teaching, Part 6
by Karl Kemp
We discuss the fourth through the seventh seals of Revelation chapter 6. Then we begin a study of Dan. 12:1, 2, 5-7. Daniel chapter 12 strongly confirms that the short great tribulation will be over and the Lord Jesus will return and the resurrection of the believers will take place right in the middle of Daniel's 70th week.

Some Comments on Mike Bickle's End-Time Teaching, Part 5
by Karl Kemp
We continue the discussion of Rev. 3:10. True Christians will be kept out of the hour of testing that will take place throughout the second half of Daniel's 70th week. I believe it is very important to see that the Rider on the white horse of the first seal (of the seven seals of the book of Revelation) is the Lord Jesus, and or the gospel of the kingdom (or the equivalent) going forth throughout this age. I quote from a scholar who claims that nobody disagreed with this viewpoint until AD 1500. In our day many believe it is Antichrist. What a difference!

Some Comments on Mike Bickle's End-Time Teaching, Part 4
by Karl Kemp
We discuss Dan. 11:40-45. Daniel 11:44 apparently speaks of the warfare of the short great tribulation and 11:45 helps confirm that Antichrist will not have access to Jerusalem or the temple mount throughout the second half of Daniel's 70th week. We discuss Rev. 12:4, 7-9 which prophesy of the devil and his angels being cast down to the earth in the middle of the seven years. And we discuss Matt. 24:29-31 and Rev. 11:15-17, which are super-important prophetic passages.

Some Comments on Mike Bickle's End-Time Teaching, Part 3
by Karl Kemp
We discuss Isaiah 66:7, 8 which is a very important cross-reference for Rev. 12:5. Both passages (and Psalm 2:7 and Mic. 5:3) prophesy of our birth into the fullness of eternal life and glory that will take place when the Lord Jesus returns in the middle of Daniel's 70th week. We also discuss three very important cross-references that prophesy of the super-intense warfare of the short great tribulation (Rev. 9:13-21; Joel 2:30, 31; and Dan. 11:40-45).

Some Comments on Mike Bickle's End-Time Teaching, Part 2
by Karl Kemp
I believe the Lord Jesus will claim Jerusalem as His city and as a city for the elect end-time remnant of Israel at the time of His return in the middle of Daniel's 70th week. Not long after the rapture the Lord Jesus and the glorified raptured saints with Him will come to the Mount of Olives (Zech. 14:3-5). The earthquake of Rev. 11:13 will apparently take place when the Mount of Olives splits in two (Zech. 14:4, 5). The end-time remnant of Israel will submit to the Lord Jesus at that time (cf., e.g., Rev. 11:13; Zech. 12:10-13:1).

THE THREE ANGELS
by ralph jackson
We are now well into the last days of Earths history. It is therefore of the utmost importance that everyone who lives upon this planet should be aware that Jesus will shortly be returning to take back this Earth, which was usurped from Him by Satan over 6000 years ago. The everlasting gospel needs to be brought to the knowledge all mankind by whatever means available. As we all now have access to everyone on the globe through the World Wide Web, there is no excuse for not sharing the Word of God as He has given it to us.

Some Comments on Mike Bickle's End-Time Teaching, Part 1 (of 7 Parts)
by Karl Kemp
I am writing this paper to interact with and discuss Mike Bickle's end-time teaching. I want to do everything I can do to promote discussion and study of the Bible that will lead to the balanced truth of what the Bible teaches on the end times, which is more important each day in that it seems that the end of this age is upon us. It isn't good enough for us to know the top ten views. This isn't the most important topic for us to discuss and study, but it is quite important.

SELF-ESTEEM GOT SATAN OUT OF HEAVEN. SELF-ESTEEM GOT ADAM AND EVE OUT OF PARADISE.
by Eugene Lopatynsky
Does God agree with psychology? We ALL, sooner or later, are or will become VICTIMS, deeply wounded (if not mutilated) by other peoples EGO (self-esteem). We need LOVE

Brush Up On Your Theology; 5. Anthropology
by Dr. Henderson Ward
Anthropology has been always a ticklish topic to discuss; principally because some scientists have muddied the waters with their suppositions and unproven theories. Yet the Bible does address the matter.

IF GOD EXISTS, HOW CAN EVIL THRIVE EVERYWHERE?
by Eugene Lopatynsky
Does this make you deny God? Or just blame God? Isn't this exactly what the ENEMY would want? Then why would God permit even the chance of rebellion, to begin with? Why not prevent the sin of Satan and the sin of Eve?

King David and Homosexuality
by Cate Russell-Cole
Many people claim that David and Jonathan were lovers, due to the wording of one verse in Samuel. These are the reasons why I doubt this could have been the case, based on Biblical laws plus our cultural misunderstanding of how emotion and action were expressed in David's culture.

Moses' Desire To Reach The Land Of Canaan.

God is a righteous Judge. Moses was seen by the Lord as the most meek in his generation but God did not allow him to reach the land of Canaan. Why? God has his reasons.

Was King David Clinically Depressed or Bipolar?

Some Comments on John Shorey's Teaching on the Mid-Week (Mid-Trib) Rapture, Part 4
by Karl Kemp
We continue the discussion of the use of symbolic numbers in the book of Revelation, apparently including the 144,000 sealed in Rev. 7:4-8; the 144,000 who are with the Lord Jesus on Mt. Zion in Rev. 14:1, 3, and the dimensions of new Jerusalem and the wall of that heavenly, glorified city, which will be the eternal home of God's glorified people.
