Critique of Irvin Baxter's "Revelation Commentary," Part 3
by Karl Kemp
We discuss the fourth through the sixth seals of the book of Revelation here and begin to discuss the trumpets. I'll briefly discuss the fifth seal here. Under the fifth seal the souls of all the people who have been martyred for God are given white robes. They have to be resurrected (right in the middle of the seven years) before they can receive and wear these white robes. They are informed that they will have to wait for a while for God to vindicate their shed blood because many more Christians (many of those who become Christians after the rapture) will be martyred during the super-evil reign of Antichrist that will take place throughout the second half of Daniel's 70th week. We see those martyrs resurrected and glorified in Rev. 20:4 (also see Rev. 15:2-4).

IS THERE A TRINITY?
by Eugene Lopatynsky
The Vatican has taught all of Europe that the Trinity does encompass a Godhead of three completely equal beings. That is completely contrary to the evidence of the Bible. There is no multiple Godhead; Biblically, only ONE BEING holds that distinction. If you say there is a Trinity, then this term would combine two DIFFERENT LEVELS of pre-eminence and authority. There is no equality in authority or excellence among them at all. ON THE HIGHEST LEVEL RESIDES ONLY FATHER GOD. HE IS ALONE ON THAT LEVEL, WITHOUT EQUAL. Behold:

Critique of Irvin Baxter's "Revelation Commentary," Part 2
by Karl Kemp
We continue to discuss the beasts/world-kingdoms of Daniel chapters 2 and 7 and Rev. 13:1-3 here in Part 2. Then we begin a discussion of the seals of the book of Revelation. We thoroughly discuss the rider on the white horse of the first seal of Rev. 6:1, 2. Most believe the rider is Christ Jesus (or the gospel of the kingdom, or the equivalent) or Antichrist; Baxter says Catholicism.

Critique of Irvin Baxter's "Revelation Commentary," Part 1 of 8 Parts
by Karl Kemp
"Irvin Baxter is the founder and president of EndTime Ministries. He is a television and radio host, author, publisher, and international prophecy teacher. ... Publication of 'EndTime Magazine' began in 1991 and has now become the most widely circulated prophecy magazine in the world." (Taken from his webpage.) It is obvious that Irvin Baxter is an influential end-time teacher. I agree with Baxter on many things, but a primary purpose for this paper is to discuss significant places where I have to disagree with him. I interact with his "Revelation Commentary" throughout this paper.

Good King or Calculating Sinner? Negativity Bias and the Life of King David
by Cate Russell-Cole
The range of reactions to David that I have heard, often leave me scratching my head. At times it sounds like people either love him, or loathe him, depending on what aspects of his life they focus on. If they focus on the negative, he is branded as a high achieving, warring, bad boy, with a degree of amazing godliness that just doesn't fit in with his Psalm-writing character. If they focus on the positive, he's an angel in a crude, human form. Which is it?

THE PURITY OF THE CHURCHES
by Dr Surya Kumar Daimari
The prime concern of our Lord Jesus Christ in His letters to the seven Churches in Asia Minor was the purity of the Churches. In Eph 5:27, we read that Christ gave Himself to present her to Himself as a perfect, clean, holy and unblemished bride. And this is His purpose. Also in Rev 14:7,8 it says, "Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to him; for the marriage of the Lamb is come , and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen which is the righteousness of saints."
