  1. 3. ANOINTED (An extract from "The Names of the Believers in the Bible in Types and Symbols) by Dr Surya Kumar Daimari
In the New Testament, anointing is used in a spiritual sense. It refers to the anointing of the Holy Spirit with an endowment of spiritual blessings. See John 2:27

  2. 2. ANGEL (Extract from "The Names of the Believers in the Bible in Types and Symbols" by Dr Surya Kumar Daimari
âAngelâ in Hebrew is âmalakâ and in Greek âaggelosâ or âangelosâ both of which mean a messenger. Angels are the supernatural spiritual beings created by God often depicted in human form.

  3. Adopted Sons and Daughters by Steven Laird
Adoption is a word we are all familiar with in our day. The apostle Paul used adoption as an example of our position in Christ, but what of those who have not been adopted who is their father? To understand, the metaphor of Roman adoption will answer this question.

  4. 1. AMBASSADOR (An extract from 'The Names of the Believers in the Bible in Types and Symbols' by Dr Surya Kumar Daimari
In a special sense, very exclusively, all the believers in Christ are the Ambassadors of Christ sent to the whole world on a special mission, i.e. to proclaim the message of reconciliation and salvation to all man- kind. Mt. 28:19, 20; Mk 16:15, 16.

  5. Definite Signs Will Precede the Return of Christ and the Rapture by Karl Kemp
Quite a few definite signs will take place before the Lord Jesus returns and the rapture takes place, and the true Christians who are living on the earth at that time will not be taken by surprise when He comes. However, the Lord Jesus made it clear in Matthew chapter 24, for example, that all Christians must always stay ready for His return. This exhortation is aimed, at least for the most part, to the very large number of Christians who live and die before the definite end-time signs appear. From our perspective (some two thousand years after Christianity began) we can see that most Christians live and die before the definite end-time signs appear.

  6. CHAINS OF NAMES BIND ALL THE BOOKS OF THE BIBLE TOGETHER by Eugene Lopatynsky
You think this is an accident to find encoded in 10 PREDILUVIAN NAMES, IN THEIR EXACT CHRONOLOGICAL SEQUENCE, GOD'S CENTRAL MESSAGE TO MAN? If not an accident, then what? Nobody can make us believe that a bunch of rabbi's falsified their beloved Torah to bring us here the heart of the Christian gospel.
Men are not lost because they are sinners; they are lost because they have rejected Jesus who died for them. The ultimate treasure is not creation, it is the Creator. Any CONCEIVABLE sacrifice in this world is worthwhile just to find Jesus and to belong to Him!

  7. "THE WAY" by linzy bruno
" How profoundly unfortunate for Christ-followers today to have to navigate these and other new-found philosophies, when Jesus taught such a simple......."

  8. Is the Earth Groaning? by Rochelle Arnold
Over the last several months, I have been occasionally hearing this strange hum early in the morning and late at night. Sometimes I wake up and my body feels like it is vibrating. The hum can best be described as a pulsating, rhythmic, low frequency sound that not everyone is able to hear. I first noticed the hum when I woke up from sleeping in our guest bedroom in the basement. The sound seemed to be coming from beneath the ground, but I could not figure out exactly where it was coming from. I do not hear it all the time, but when I do, it causes me to become a bit anxious and uneasy, because it actually vibrates my eardrums. I did a little research on the hum and found out that it is a worldwide phenomenon, but only about 2 percent of people actually hear it. There are videos and audio recordings of this strange sound coming from the earthâs core. The hum is attributed to several different natural and manmade causes, but I wonder if the earth is groaning.

  9. IMPORTANCE OF HAVING CHRIST AND LOVING HIM. by Hastings Zilima
Many are times when we Christians waste our time on asking God questions when we feel like something is not right. We think we can question God's integrity, but the best thing to do is to seek His kingdom first

  12. WARNING: THE RAPTURE IS NOT GOING TO TAKE PLACE ON SEPTEMBER 28, 2020. by Karl Kemp
Brenda Weltner is teaching that the rapture will take place September 28, 2020. The purpose of this article is to show that she is wrong. It is a serious problem to give dates for the rapture that are wrong, no matter how sincere the teacher is.

In this article I will primarily focus on once a mighty angel in heaven named Lucifer

The purpose of Sunday school is indeed noble. One must not ignore the fact that Sunday schools give the church/society an opportunity to be a part of the mission of Christianity to establish equality, peace and harmony in society. It serves as excellent platforms to go closer to God.

    In Mathew 28:19-20,
Jesus gives us a clear and concise goal of teaching Sunday school, therefore go and make disciples â.. Teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.

  24. Validating The Holy Eucharist by
Since the New Testament was completed after 300AD, one must research what the Father's of the Church wrote about the Christian Faith. The Tradition of the Church was the only resource after Jesus ascended into Heaven. Ignatius of Antioch clearly validates the Holy Eucharist for the Remisson of Sin.

  25. The Greateset Commandment by Mark Nickles
In Matthew 22:37, Jesus gave the instruction, âYou shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.â God doesnât desire a love that is just on the surface, but one which permeates our being.

  26. The Enduring Nature of The Bible by Mark Nickles
In the world of great literary works, the Bible is in a category of its own. Unique in content, continuity, circulation, and translation, this exceptional work speaks for itself. However, the Bible is also notably distinctive in how it has survived throughout the ages.

  27. Provision in Times of Trouble by Mark Nickles
One of Godâs most vital characteristics is His faithfulness. If God says He will do something, it is as good as done. This trait becomes emphasized during times of trouble; itâs a blessing to know that we can count on His provision of our needs, especially during lifeâs most challenging times.

  29. CLIMATE CHANGE AND THE BIBLE by ralph jackson
God uses the climate to wake up people and bring them back to Him. He also uses the planets atmosphere to give signs of impending catastrophe. If humanity continues on its downward spiral of sinfulness, denying the warnings in the Bible, then He has to act to stem the tide of sin. He is patient but once the cup of sin is overflowing, He will destroy sin and those who are sinners will be destroyed with the sin. Climate Change is happening because humanity has forgotten God and is turning to evolution.

Study compiled by John L Owens, MDiv (Luther Rice Seminary) as an aid to the student who is searching for answers. To those who knock, God has promised that the door will be opened. Transformation comes through the renewing of our minds in the Word of God.
