GOD'S MASTER PLAN And A Few More Interesting Facts

by linzy bruno
5/03/2023 / Bible Studies

“For our citizenship is in Heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,” (Philippians 3:20, nkjv)

The Bible is the most amazing Book ever written for a variety of reasons, but perhaps the most fascinating is that the Bible is the only book that chronicles the past, has a place that can be pinpointed as to where the world is currently, AND lays out God’s plan for the future.

Moreover, *God has revealed His Timeline for the End of Days in Matthew 24:32-35 through His eye-opening Parable of the Fig Tree. The Fig Tree represents the Nation of Israel; signifying that the re-establishment of God’s Nation marks the starting point of the End of Days Timeclock.

A Review of What’s Already Happened:

                                          THE OLD TESTAMENT

1). The Bible opens with Creation. Furthermore, God not only reviews what He Created on each day, He also reveals His Master Plan for the world. For His Word tells us that to Him one day is as a thousand days. His 7,000 year plan for mankind, which were are currently at the end of, is chronicled through this account, although it takes study to unveil His secrets, as He is keeping His enemies from finding out His Plan and testing the determination of mankind to dig as deeply as needed to comprehend the Mystery of His Word, at least to the degree He is revealing these things to us, so that believers can have peace, particularly through the Last Days when there is nothing but chaos and confusion in the world….

2). The fall of man. God threw Satan out of Heaven and made him to sliver on the ground as punishment as a serpent. Subsequently, the serpent convinces Eve to partake in sin with Adam, as they were fooled by his lie that God would not surely make them die. See Genesis 3:19. But they did suffer death, as the original sin they committed not only changed things for all of mankind, as to how God would relate to mankind, it also got them kicked out of the Garden and shortened their earthly lifespan.

3). As a consequence of the serpent’s deception, man turns his back on God; mans' heart being ‘exceedingly wicked.’ Through the story of the tower of Babel, which reads like the climax to the wickedness that leads God to destroy the earth with an all-encompassing flood. The depravity of man coming through loud and clear to the reader of this text, as God has described in Genesis 6:12. But, God spared Noah and his family only due to their not mixing genetically with the Nephilim, for they were of the only pure people left on the earth.

4). Noah’s flood; the biggest event that ever occurred or ever will occur on the earth, (only to be compared with the next biggest event that will ever occur: the RAPTURE of the CHURCH)

5). God establishes the Nation of Israel. Abraham Isaac and Jacob come on to the scene. Other figures  emerge, Samuel, Joseph, Lot, Hagar, Ishmael, Abimelech, Rebekah and Moses in Born.

NOTE: Prior to Jesus’ Death & Resurrection, God mandated that the people offer Him animal sacrifices on an altar they built for Him, until He sent Jesus; The Perfect Sacrifice; *for there can be no atonement for sin with the shedding of blood.

6). Sometime later, before their journey to the Promised Land, God drives Israel into the wilderness for 40 (the number of probation) years as punishment and a new chance for learning; taking them the long way out of Egypt. Many things happen to them in the wilderness; they obey God and observe the first Passover, cross the Red Sea and arrive in Mt. Sinai. Then Moses receives the Law, and a Message from God through the burning Bush and the people worship the Golden Calf.

7). They leave Mt. Sinai after the first census and send out spies, but disobey God’s instructions, so God condemns the older generation to die in the wilderness and instructs Joshua to lead the people, as Moses’ is coming to the end of his life.

8). Moses sets up the Serpent on the pole and there is a second census.

7). Babylon captures the Israelites, which leads to their 70 year captivity in Babylon

8). Israel’s cycle of sin, repentance restoration, and back to sin again was ongoing at the close of the Old Testament writings.

                                    THE NEW TESTAMENT

9). John the Baptist proclaims that Jesus is the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.

10). The Gospel is preached by our Lord Jesus Christ. He heals the people and performs miracles, like turning water into wine, feeding 5,000 men and women with only 2 fish and 12 loaves of bread, calms the wind and storm, and walks on water. At the end of the Book of Matthew, Jesus Proclaims the Great Commission of Christ, so that the Gospel Message would be preached in every nation; salvation for whosoever will believe on HIM. ALSO, Jesus details what will start the time clock ticking to the End of Days: the rebirth of the Nation of Israel, recorded in Matthew 24:32.

11). The Acts of the Apostles; the church is established and the Church Age begins at Pentecost when the Holy Spirit comes and rests on the people in the upper room and 3,000 souls are saved.

12). Paul writes the Epistles: Letter to the churches he had planted, as he continued traveling and even spending time in prison for his preaching of the Gospel. Paul presents the world with Jesus’ Gospel Message to the New Covenant believer…In his older years, he is subsequently martyred for his faith and proclamations of Christ.

13). We are currently living in the days of great signs and warnings, so that some who are asleep can be awakened to the Truth before it’s too late. For that express cause, Jesus instructs John to write to the 7 churches letters of praise where appropriate, but predominantly tells him to write letters of impending doom if they continue to rebel against Him and ignore His final Warnings…The Book of Revelation ends the story of the Church Age with the Rapture and promise, not merely for reading the Book (Revelation 1:3), but taking it to heart and believing in God’s His Master Plan to save mankind and rescue believers before the Antichrist takes over the world and implements his methods of death and destruction to all those inhabitants of the earth. This will be the grandest time of revival, however, as everything that has transpired opens the eyes of some people, that is if they are able to resist the allure of transhumanism. Through artificial intelligence, with its promises of better health, higher intelligence and longer lifespan, not to mention all the many promises of convenience, many will continue to rebel against the one True God, even with proof of His Existence, they will still not repent. See Revelation 9:21.

This is another interesting and noteworthy revelation: much like the serpent in the Garden, Satan is once again convincing the masses that they “will not surely die,” in Genesis 3:4, as the current narrative is screaming to the world that humans can live forever without God because with today’s technology of merging man with machine they will no longer be mere human; they will be superhuman, which is transhumanism. They intend to be granted the powers of AI working in their bodies by allowing a microchip to be implanted in their hands or foreheads, but what they don’t know is what they are really allowing is the entanglement with the powers of Satan. What they believe will save them, is actually what will lead to their demise, as we read in Revelation 13:17a:

“He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark……”

14). The Antichrist will destroy mankind with the Mark of the Beast, except for those who become Tribulation saints.

15). The Tribulation will last for 7 years. The Jews will have their own Rapture at the end of this period.

16). Jesus Will Return With His saints and rule and reign on the earth for 1,000 years; the devil and his minions will be locked in chains in the bottomless pit..

17). Then there will be one war between good and evil when Jesus will destroy Satan and his minions forever by throwing them into the lake of fire. Armageddon: Revelation of Christ occurs next. Every eye will see Him, therefore, faith will no longer be required in order to believe. Furthermore, there will be the most major fight in all of history between the forces of good and evil, and of course we already know who wins! Therefore, “the battle of Armageddon” is the fight that ensues due to the revelation of Christ, hence the name of that final battle.

18). And all things will be made new.

3). The Tower of Babel: (Genesis 11:1-9)

This historical story is in the process of being repeated, as transhumanism gains in popularity and technological advancement, thanks to the invention of artificial intelligence (AI); a development in which the Mark of the Beast will arise and the powers-that-be mandate its usage in order to buy or sell.

6). The Burning Bush:  Exodus 3:1-12

God gives Moses a Message of Deliverance from the Bush, with instructions and promises regarding the new Land of Milk and Honey, in which He would lead them and secure their victory over the Canaanites.

6). The Golden Calf: Exodus 32:1-15

While Moses was up on the mountain talking to God, the people, under Aaron, decided to worship an idol, which is described as a golden calf. The people actually demand Aaron give them something to worship.

8). The Serpent on a Pole/the Bronze Serpent: Numbers 21

In His Order of punishment (but, ultimate reconciliation) for their repeated worshipping of idols, God sent serpents/snakes to bite the people, but Moses erected a pole and wrapped a snake around it so that whenever the people looked at the snake, they were healed and no longer bitten. This created an illustration of Christ’s Death on the Cross;*a foreshadowing of God’s Plan for salvation.

9). John the Baptist:

John was the Forerunner for Jesus’ Ministry. His job was to prepare the people to hear the Word of the Lord. He was born 6 months before Jesus and his mother was Mary’s cousin. God created John to be such a faithful and devoted follower of Christ that John even leapt in his mother’s womb when he heard that Mary was with Child in Luke 1:41.

10). Jesus’ Healings: Due to His Great Compassion and love for others, and in order to bring Glory to Himself, the Lord Jesus healed a multitude of people in the Gospels; largely recorded in the Book of Matthew 8:16, 9:35, 12:15, 14:14, 14:36, 15:30 & 19:2 and gave healing powers to His Disciples who healed the sick during the Days of the Acts of the Apostles recorded in the Book of Acts.

10). The Great Commission of Christ : Matthew 28:16-20

11). The Church Age Begins: Acts 2:1-4 & Acts 2:41-47

And the Church Age will go on until the Rapture takes place, therefore, just as the church had it's beginning, it will also see an end. For during the Tribulation, salvation is not impossible, but there will be great challenges making it much more difficult and seeking Him much harder, as that gracious time period of “whosoever will” will have passed away with the vanishing of the church.

Seek the Lord while He may be found,
Call upon Him while He is near.”
(Isaiah 55:6)

13 “But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope.14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.

15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are sleep.16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.” (1Thessalonians 4:13-18)
