CONSTITUTION OF THE FEDERATION OF THE EARTH

It may be shocking to know that there is already a world constitution drafted for global governance. So many things are happening fast and concurrently to precipitate the world government. Let us wake up to the glorious Lordship of Jesus Christ now or wake up later to the grinding lordship of the antichrist. The choice is ours. "And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed" Romans 13:11 (NIV).

In 1968 the World Constitution Convention and People's World Convention held their first working sessions at Interlaken in Switzerland and Wolfach in West Germany. Two hundred delegates from twenty-seven countries of five continents attended the convention where work began on drafting the World Constitution with drafting commission of twenty-five persons.

The first draft was finished and printed in 1974, then circulated worldwide for comment. In 1976 Draft Commission completed the second draft of world constitution and circulated it for ratification. The draft of world constitution was debated and amended in the 4th session of World Constituent Assembly held at Troia, Portugal in May 1991. Delegates adopted fifty-nine amendments to the Earth Constitution and new ratification campaign began. Appeal is being made to people and governments of the world to ratify the constitution. To strengthen this ratification more, a body known as Global Ratification and Elections Network was organized including several hundreds of organizations to campaign for the ratification of the constitution of the Federation of Earth.

The Preamble of the Constitution of the Federation of Earth as drafted as by World Constitution and Parliament Association (WCPA) concludes thus, "We the citizens of the world, hereby resolve to establish a world federation to be governed in accordance with this Constitution for the Federation of Earth."
The preamble makes a democratic world government an inescapable necessity.

Articles IV and V set up a World Parliament. One of their functions would be to approve, amend, repeal or reject international laws in place before the advent of the world government. Which means regional and national constitutions that challenge, limit or query the power, policy and programme of the coming world dictator shall be nullified, amended or outrightly discarded. Remember, the Bible says, ".he (the antichrist) shall think to change times and laws." Daniel 7:25.

Article VIII is the Integrated Complex. One of the seven agencies created under this branch is "The World Boundaries and Election Administration." It shall be headed by a ten member commission in addition to the senior administrator from the world Magna-Regions

This implies that the World Constitution calls for ten world Magna-Regions, ten world capitals and a world senior administrator. In a related development, Vaughn Shatzer observes that the Club of Rome has divided the world into ten political and economic regions, which it refers to as Kingdom.

Nothing can be more convincing and overwhelming than this precise fulfillment of the scripture. The second phase of the Roman Empire is taking shape. The regionalization of the world into ten blocs with ten regional head and a super-head (the beast) is assuming form in quick succession. This was predicted in the Bible and is adequately represented in the Constitution for the Earth Federation. Be ready, the coming of Christ is close.

Already, there is social unrest in virtually every country of the world. There is suicide bombing, assassination, intimidation, war, threats of war, kidnapping, hostage taking, hijacking and the like. These growing tensions and escalating crises will provide an entry point for the antichrist into the political landscape of the earth. He will come as a man of peace. A world which is fast becoming ungovernable and unmanageable will be poised to welcome his government.

The coming world ruler will brandish lofty solutions to the world's insurmountable problems. He will pose as an honest broker. He will attempt to achieve palmy days in the Middle East by negotiating and signing peace treaties between Israel and her Arab neighbours (Daniel 9:27). The treaty shall be between: Israel and Egypt, Israel and Syria, Israel and Palestine, Israel and Lebanon, and Israel and Jordan. This peace shall be transient and volatile. "For when they shall say, peace and safety; then suddenly destruction commeth upon them, as a travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape." 1Thessalonias 5:3.

The antichrist will concentrate his peace effort on the Middle East because Jerusalem shall be central to religious activities in the world. The temple of Jerusalem must be rebuilt and the second beast, which is the religious beast, shall operate from there. Its description suggests a Jewish origin: "And I beheld another beast coming out of the earth; he had two horns like a lamb and he spake as a dragon," Revelation 13:11.

This beast through world-wide religious programmes shall deceive the earth to worship the beast whose image shall be in the rebuilt temple in Jerusalem. And the saints (the believers who missed the rapture) shall be forced to worship the beast or be killed. "and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed." Revelation 13:15.

Emperor worship was an integral feature of the old Roman Empire (the first phase of the empire). For instance Julius Caesar made himself a god and his image was carried amidst those of the gods and his statue was set up in a temple with the inscription: To the Unconquerable God. Much later, any religion that did not acknowledge emperor worship was declared illegal religion and so Christianity came under fire from the Roman government. These features shall be replicated more savagely in the coming world empire: the second phase of the Roman Empire.

MARK OF THE BEAST
Besides causing men to worship the beast, he shall cause them to receive his mark, this is the height of captivity.
"And he causeth all, both small and great to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their forehead; And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name and his number is six hundred three scores and six." Revelation 13:16-18.

Through the mark of the beast the antichrist will exert unprecedented dominion over the world. Having gained political control of the earth and earned universal acceptance by the momentary peace he will achieve in the world, he will proceed to implement his master's (Satan's) agenda, which is spiritual enslavement of man's soul. This shall be prominent in the second half of his reign.

This mark shall be the most widely advertised commodity since the beginning of the world. This mark shall be ingeniously advertised using harmless appellation like mark of solidarity, security, identification, unity and so on. Those who refuse the mark will face terrible economic boycott, agonizing torture and death. (Reference:"Fabian A. "and I saw the souls of those that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not received the mark upon their foreheads, or in their right hands;.. Revelation 20:4. It is noteworthy that the devil will force people to receive the mark but will not force the mark on any body: the individual's will must be involved.
The mark of the beast among other things implies the following:

It is a mark of ownership: The individual becomes the property of Satan: labelled and stamped.
The individual receives the heart of Satan to carry out his agenda: wickedness without regret.
He is in union with Satan.
He becomes rebellious against God and His saints.
He is eternally separated from God; salvation becomes impossible.
He irrevocably becomes an object of God's wrath and judgment
With all certainty the coming of Christ is at hand. The church shall be raptured before the reign of terror shall begin. Apart from the Satanic torture briefly described above, chains of divine judgment shall be meted upon the earth during the seven years period of the tribulation for not accepting Christ's Lordship and salvation. The coming disaster is more awful than we can describe or imagine. It is wise and proper we serve God wholeheartedly while grace still lingers. "FOR YET A LITTLE WHILE AND HE THAT SHALL COME WILL COME AND WILL NOT TARRY" Hebrew10:37.
