Remembering 911

Eight years later we are a far cry from those terrible events of 911. Today we humble ourselves and reflect on those who lost their lives in 2001 from a terrorist group that wanted nothing more than to see this nation suffer. They carried many souls to meet God on that day. I am confident that those responsible have been rewarded for their actions. Today we also look over the past eight years and see what this nation has accomplished since that dreadful day against terrorism. With the Bush Administration, terrorist were on the run. They knew they had awakened the sleeping giant. Currently with our new Administration, those same terrorist are laughing at us. Why, because they see what they have been praying for about to happen, the ultimate demise of this once great nation. You and I know we have in power today a very liberal Government. Our current leader makes statements like; it is our fault they don't like us, we need to apologize to them. We need to have a better relationship with our enemies. We need to welcome them with open arms and allow them the same freedom we have. I wonder what the families of those who died that day think of such statements. Unfortunately, that will never work. The terrorist hate us because of Jesus Christ and the freedom we share. Sometimes I believe the liberals and the terrorist have the same agenda. Anyway, regardless of what Obama claims, this country is and always will be a Christian nation. On top of that, we will fight to keep our country free. Free from those terrorist that carried out the plans of some mad-man on September 11, 2001, a day that stands as a symbol of this great and mighty Christian nation. Let us just not remember this day in passing, but stand and say to any and all who oppose this nation and the true and living God; "Don't tread on us!"
