Who Am I?
by Rick Oraham It is important for each of us to ask the question, "Who am I?" Besides being a drunk or someone who likes getting high When I accepted Christ, I became God's own child And thus began to fight my urge to be a wild child To find out who I am, with God I must begin Fighting each and every day to live a life without sin Am I a part of one body, living with a united heart Or am I going different directions tearing my whole self apart? If, each day, I ask the Lord for the power to press on, to strive Then I won't be a walking dead man, for at last, I'll be alive Rick Oraham ([email protected]), a greatful, recovering addict who is a born-again Believer in Jesus Christ.
