The Spineless Kathy Griffin
by Kerry Hedden There stands Kathy Griffin accepting an inanimate object feeling all proud of herself, basking in the adulations of her fellow Hollywood actors and actresses. Then during her acceptance speech she decides to take aim and insult every Christian on the planet. I will not repeat her vulgarity as this apparently attention starved Hollywood elitist has exactly zero respect for our beliefs and has not a clue about who and what Jesus Christ is about. I notice however that she is a complete farce. I mean honestly, she decides to insult the most peaceful non-violent religion on Earth. Christianity teaches us never to return hatred for hatred and never to use violence to get our point across. So this is the religion that "the big brave Kathy" decides to make a mockery out of. I guess if I really look at it maybe she is smarter then I give her credit for. She did attack Jesus Christ but maybe she knows that he still loves her and will still forgive her for the transgression against him. Unlike if she had had the backbone to slander the Islamic religion. Now that is something I would have liked to have seen. If you are going to attack religions why not take on Islam and Mohammad? If Kathy wasn't so spineless that is what she would have done. I mean really, if you are anti-religion then you are against all religions, including Islam, right? So Kathy, the next time you have the podium I would like to see you insult Mohammad the same way that you insulted Jesus Christ. Of course this would not only give you attention in the United States but you will gain world wide recognition. In a matter of hours the entire world will know your name, think about the ratings your show would gain-it's a win-win situation. We know however, this will never happen. Kathy Griffin is just another miserable, mislead person that has no core beliefs and does not understand those of us that do. She will never have the courage to say anything about Mohammad because unlike the Christian faith, those that follow Allah and Mohammad will never offer forgiveness. They will actually make an effigy of her and burn them on the streets of Pakistani and Iran and then put a bounty on her head, or should I say her "beheading." So it is no coincidence that these Hollywood elitist that are out of touch with reality have decided to take on the one religion that actually is based on peace, love, grace and forgiveness. That way they never have to have a core belief system of their own and the can receive all their accolades from their little circle of friends, without having to look over their shoulder for the rest of their lives.
