OH, my Heavenly Father,

You see everything,

whether or not

life walks about;

for Lord, You are above all

wonder or question

so far beyond all reason or doubt.

Oh my dear Lord,

You know my earthly father,

he’s the one roaming

Your Paradise Shore,

which doth

bring me great comfort,

as I long to peer

through the window

of Heaven’s door.

So thank You Father,

for Your Glorious Mercy

excusing him in pardon without despair,

for even still he carried Jesus

in his heart that fateful morning;

ultimately open and bare.

For Your Mercy is greater

than any man’s weakness,

and only You know the depth of each heart and soul,

and in Your Powers and All-Knowing nature,

You understand every man’s plight and his toll.

OH, my dear Lord,

You are in Heaven, All-Powerful,

any someone who walks this earth

could ever be;

You are The Almighty,

incomparable, without measure,

so much higher than mere men who walk the sea.

And You Oh Lord are All-Knowing,

You chronicle each moment

of everyone who walks the land;

unlike any man’s countenance;

able to number each and every tiny grain of sand.
