Surely you’ve noticed the increase in TV drug commercials…

Do you tune in or turn out? Baby boomers watch a good bit of television and their ailments increase with each passing year. Pharmaceutical companies want their share in profits from medications prescribed by doctors.

These companies want us to believe that they have the perfect remedies. If that was true… they wouldn’t need to tag commercials with lengthy side effects of their drugs. Pharmaceutical companies fear law suits and government crack downs; they cover their backs.

Which is worse, health issues now experienced or ones that might be the result of medications? Prescriptions and recommended treatments do not always help.

God's word will never fail; He accomplishes all He sets out to do.

“This is the Lord’s declaration.
‘For as heaven is higher than earth,
so My ways are higher than your ways,
and My thoughts than your thoughts.
For just as rain and snow fall from heaven
and do not return there
without saturating the earth
and making it germinate and sprout,
and providing seed to sow
and food to eat,
so My word that comes from My mouth
will not return to Me empty,
but it will accomplish what I please
and will prosper in what I send it to do (Isaiah 55:8b-11 HCSB).”

We can trust the LORD and His word. He offers healing of the soul and we're in no danger of harmful side effects!
