"For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error. And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done." (Romans 1:26-28)

Christians are supposed to love everyone and naturally DO love everyone with the LOVE of the LORD.  The expression that has gotten so popular among the secular world:  ‘love is love’ is NOT promoting love, but LUST. This saying is NOT OF GOD, but Satan. He is the one promoting this tricky lie by perverting the love that God wants us to abide in and share; a love that’s pure and Christlike. The true intention behind this misleading expression is complete sexual freedom, due to a complete lack of morality, but we’re supposed to think that’s okay just because they make up a catchy saying?

Ever since this atrocious saying became a societal norm, some hearers have become confused as to what love actually is and what it actually means. God’s Commandment of love is not about emotion. The Bible tells us to love our enemies by blessing them, doing good to them and not speaking against them, subsequently, it’s clearly not about how we feel, but how we treat them. IF we have love, we will love God with all our hearts.

Love is the most vital and meaningful thing we do, for love is an action…..a beautiful and perfect action of God and for God. See James 2:14-26.

God wants all people to love all people. We love people no matter what, even if they are terribly unlovable. We love them even when they do wrong. However, we DO NOT approve of their wrong doing, but love them in spite of that wrong-doing. THEN hopefully, we educate them about the Message of the Gospel and pray with them that they overcome all propensity toward sin, not that we ever can reach perfection, but we strive for that desire that God imputes in our hearts of love for HIM.

We Christians can remind those from secular society that love, which is from God and God alone is pure and that God intended sex to be a beautiful and intimate part of married life, not something that we can minimize and convolute and turn into a sexual free-for-all, that we call love!

It’s so sad that so many are falling for this clever trick Satan is using! We Christians need to stand up against this perversion and call out this lie! 

When we hear the words “love is love” the implication is crystal clear; it’s a defense for the LGBTQ community. It’s a comeback for the backlash they expect from what’s left of moral society. Deep down inside they are living in denial and gravitating toward Satan’s lies in order to desperately hang on to what they WISH were true; that it doesn’t matter who you have sex with, because love can never be wrong, therefore, if they love someone from the same sex it’s okay, if they think they are in love with a child, it’s okay because love can’t be wrong is what they argue.

It’s wrong because this is a twisting of love. It’s really lust they crave and try desperately to normalize….
