Before introduction of money into the economic system of mankind, trading was by exchange of goods for goods. You give your goods for the goods that you want. This was trade by bartter. That was then.

Later, the use of money as a means of transaction took over from trade by bartter. Each country of the world has her own currency. They are in different denominations.

One thing that is common among nations of the world is changing the form of their currency for various reasons. There are various ways of doing this until the new currency finally replace the old one. In some countries, the procedure takes months or years, depending on the policy put in place by the government of the day.

The same change of currency took place in Nigeria, west of Africa, in December 2022. This change of currency was to be carried out within one and a half months. Citizens were expected to bring old notes in exchange for new ones. People followed the directive: they took the money to the bank but could not receive the new ones because they were not available.

What followed?

Those who had money could not withdraw it for business or to buy items for food. Not that business stood sill but people died of hunger for faults not their own. The hunger was not born out of laziness or idleness. People suffered because of policy summersault.

People had funds in the banks but could not access any. What a pity?

Every serious Christian must know that what is happening in Nigeria is a demonstration of what is about to come in the future over the whole universe. John, the beloved reveals,
"[16]He required everyone—small and great, rich and poor, free and slave—to be given a mark on the right hand or on the forehead.
[17]And no one could buy or sell anything without that mark, which was either the name of the beast or the number representing his name.
[18]Wisdom is needed here. Let the one with understanding solve the meaning of the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. His number is 666." Revelation 13. New Living Translation, NLT.

Do you want to be alive during that time of serious tribulations? It will not be a sweet experience. Nigerians know better now. What they are passing through is a child:s play compared with the time predicted by Apostle John.

People will have their hard earned money in the bank but they will not be able to access it. The only condition to access fund will be the name of the beast or to obtain the mark of the beast, which is 666.

Beloved, it is better for you to maintain a smooth relationship with your God through the Lord Jesus Christ. Be reconciled with the Lord your God today. Stay blessed and prepared for the imminent coming of the Lord
