An Easy Way to Have More Energy and Think Better!
by Tonja Taylor

Want more energy and clearer thinking? Instead of caffeine, reach for water!

This is not the way most people think, but when we are Belieivers in the LORD Jesus Christ, we have the Wisdom of God, for Christ Jesus in us is our Wisdom!

But it is from Him that you have your life in Christ Jesus, Whom God made our Wisdom from God, [revealed to us a knowledge of the divine plan of salvation previously hidden, manifesting itself as] our Righteousness [thus making us upright and putting us in right standing with God], and our Consecration [making us pure and holy], and our Redemption [providing our ransom from eternal penalty for sin].--I Corinthians 1:30, AMPC

So, when we ask the LORD for wisdom--from marriage to finances to His perfect will to our health to our kids and everything else, He answers!

He's a good, good Father (to all who have received His Son, Christ Jesus, as their Savior and LORD, that is. If you don't know God as your Father, all you have to do is realize that you need His forgiveness and cleansing and restoration through the blood of His Son, Jesus, shed on the cross over 2,000 years ago--and ask Him to forgive, save, and translate you into the Kingdom of Heaven! He is ready to do that right now, and bring you into the eternal, covenant Royal Family of the Most High God!), and wants to help you with every part of life!

So, when my health in my early 30s was bad years ago--after a few decades of being sick much of the time--I asked the LORD for wisdom to start being healthier.

He answered quickly, and started teaching me to eat much less fried and packaged foods; to eat much more fresh and NON-gmo and organic foods; to be selective about my caffeine (to drink organic tea and coffee, much more than other kinds); and to drink much more water than caffeine.

It's been proven to me, and others that, when we resist getting that third or fourth cup of caffeine, and choose good water (double-filtered, if it comes from a city tap, or spring water, bottled in BHP-free bottles, and preferably in glass), then that water (which makes up over 70% of our bodies, and which is needed by everything in our bodies to function properly!) nourishes our brains and other organs, and helps the blood cleans the toxins from our bodies; even helps flush fat!

Sometimes I've been in a rush and felt like I needed more energy. After decades of drinking "oceans of cokes and other caffeine," I used to default to reaching for yet another soft drink (It's so rare that I ever drink one now, and never without food, which helps absorb the white bleached sugar and other toxins in those things!), or tea, or coffee--then often started getting thirsty and wishing I'd drunk water instead.

When I've disciplined myself to drink water--especially purposely drinking more than usual--I've felt better, and could think more clearly.

Try it; you'll prove it to yourself. It may take a few days, especially if your body is very toxic. Also, your body may "scream" and try to tell you it needs more caffeine.

We have to take authority over our bodies, for the real us is a spirit, and the spirit is far more powerful than the flesh/body--when we operate it.

Water is often a symbol of the Spirit of God in the Word--and we all need more of the Living Water--the LORD Jesus Christ!

But whoever takes a drink of the water that I (Jesus) will give him shall never, no never, be thirsty any more. But the water that I will give him shall become a spring of water welling up (flowing, bubbling) [continually] within him unto (into, for) eternal life.--John 4:14, AMPC
