His Physical is Our Spiritual
by Tonja Taylor

Yet now has [Christ, the Messiah] reconciled [you to God] in the body of His flesh through death, in order to present you holy and faultless and irreproachable in His [the Father’s] presence.--Colossians 1:22, NIV

Jesus called Himself the Son of Man, because He laid down His diety, and did all that He did as a human; a man!

He was born as a man (except that He did not have an earthly father. His Father was the Holy Spirit, Who overshadowed Mary (Luke 1:35)--the Word became flesh!

And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favor, loving-kindness) and truth.--John 1:14, AMPC

There are those that say that Jesus really didn't die, but He did. Not only did He die, but He was the first to be raised from the dead

There are those that say that Jesus really didn't come in a physical body. That is because the devil does not want to admit that he was beaten by a human!

So, because the LORD Jesus did truly live as a human, tempted in every way, but without sin, then He is the only true Substitute for us; the Lamb of God Who was slain for our sins!

Because Jesus really did live and die and was crucified in a human body, He could pay the price with His pure blood, and pay for our sins. Hallelujah!

He died physically, so we could live spiritually! He died naturally, so we could be free spiritually, for our spirits are the real us!

Thank the LORD today for living and dying--and rising again!--for you!
