John 5:44 (AMP), "How can you believe [in Me], when you [seek and] receive glory and approval from one another, and yet you do not seek the glory and approval which comes from the one and only God?"
How do we "seek the glory and approval which comes from the one and only God?"
Proverbs 19:11 (AMP), "Good sense and discretion make a man slow to anger, And it is his honor and glory to overlook a transgression or an offense [without seeking revenge and harboring resentment]."
Being slow to anger, overlooking a transgression or an offense [without seeking revenge and harboring resentment] is one way to seek the honor, glory and approval which comes from the one and only God.
Proverbs 3:35 (AMP), "The wise will inherit honor and glory, But dishonor and shame is conferred on fools."
Being wise, and not foolish, is one way to seek the honor, glory and approval which comes from the one and only God.
Proverbs 16:31 (AMP), "The silver-haired head is a crown of splendor and glory; It is found in the way of righteousness."
Finding the way of righteousness is one way to seek the honor, splendor, glory and approval which comes from the one and only God.
