Isaiah 54:10 For the mountains may depart and the hills be removed, but my steadfast love shall not depart from you, and my covenant of peace shall not be removed,”
Oswald Chambers said, “We have to pray with our eyes on God, not on the difficulties.” It’s guaranteed, difficulties will come in life. Stormy times will happen, but they will not reduce God’s word to you. Listen: “Though the fig tree should not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines,
the produce of the olive fails and the fields yield no food, the flock be cut off from the fold and there be no herd in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will take joy in the God of my salvation. God, the Lord, is my strength; he makes my feet like the deer's; he makes me tread on my high places.”
Jesus is our greatest example of endurance under difficulty. All his life on earth, he knew who he was. He knew he was God’s chosen and anointed One, the Messiah. He knew the prophets said that the Messiah would be a servant king, not a great political leader. As the Servant King, Jesus knew he would suffer dejection, rejection and an intensely torturous physical death. Yet we read that in the Garden of Gethsemane when he had the option to walk away from his trouble, he chose to do the will of God and submit to the cross. We read that Jesus looked through the cross, scorned its shame, and saw himself victorious on the other side of his difficulty. He set his mind on things above and trusted the Spirit of God to raise him from the dead.
The word to you today is, in the thick of your difficulties, don’t give up, look up! Your Lord knows the difficulties you’re facing and he is in the thicket with you. Do not lose heart, he will bring you through it all. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for you an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as you look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. Indeed, pray with your eyes on God, not on your difficulties.
God-tracking is trusting God to bring you through.

DON’T GIVE UP, LOOK UP & PRAY
I set my mind on your love, peace and power to get me through this time of difficulty
“O Father God, I know you know all about me. You know what I face today and what the future holds. I believe you are always with me, even in the thick of difficult times. So, I choose not to give up on life but lift my eyes and look up into the face of Jesus. I set my mind on your love, peace and power to get me through this time of difficulty. In the name of Jesus. Amen.”
