It is a common saying that "Majority will have their way while minority will only have their say." This is a common saying among politicians. In most cases this is true. On the other hand, the minority must not be treated with levity. They must not be treated as if they do not exist. So, the" say" of the minority must be considered. The majority who have their way may prosper that way by co-opting the "say" of minority into their way.

It is not impossible that the majority may be wrong, ytí, because they are they may have their way. This happens where the majority are ignorant of certain things that the minority are well versed in. So, the ignorance of majority may triumph for a season. The patience of minority and their effort to convince all or some members of the majority may turn things around in their favor.
Majority because of number advantage may decide to do evll. They may have their way. Minority must not keep quiet so that ecerybody will know where they stand; and majority will not be ignorant of where, the minority stands on any issue.

The Scriptures has this to say in Exodus 23:2. thus,
"You must not follow the crowd in doing wrong.
When you are called to testify in a dispute, do not be swayed
by the crowd to twist justice." New Living Translation.

Minority must maintain their standing on the truth that will benefit all members of the society. Pursuit of the right things will encourage any one to be bold to invest in what is good.
Sometimes, the result of minority's activities can convince the majority to shift grounds. That is why minority must be consistent in pursuing their noble cause. Opponents may change their mind and pitch tent with them.
In essence, the say of minority must not be brought out of it, this will be thoroughly considered and see what good can be brought out oy it, this will be the benefits of all and sundary.

Moreover, minority must sound their "say" loudly and be patient with majority that they may see reasons to incorporate their "say".
