Limits or Liberty?
by Tonja Taylor Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (emancipation from bondage, freedom).--2 Corinthians 3:17, AMPC My husband and I have been asking the LORD to help us go forward; break out; throw off the limits, for this is a new season--especially for true Believers in Christ--and the LORD is about to do some amazing things, some things that will astound the world, and even us His own! This is both scary and exciting! And so is breaking out of limits. But (to use a second conjunction with which to start a sentence) as a saying I heard from a wise preacher years ago says, "Real faith is real movement into the undefined." I wrote it down and have kept it in front of my eyes for years. That is a reiteration of what God said in 2 Corinthians 5:7 (AMPC): "For we walk by faith [we regulate our lives and conduct ourselves by our conviction or belief respecting man’s relationship to God and divine things, with trust and holy fervor; thus we walk] not by sight or appearance. You can start small. Ask the LORD to show you something that no one else may even think or realize is a "limit" to you. He will. He's a good, good Father, a sweet, loving, patient Daddy God Who adores you, His child! Then ask Him to give you grace and wisdom and understanding on how to break that limit off your life--and to help you do Joshua 1:9: "Have not I commanded you? Be strong, vigorous, and very courageous. Be not afraid, neither be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." He will. And you will. Now, beloved Child of God, go forth and conquer! Be FREE! Through books, courses, presentations, service, prayer, worship, and more, Tonja and her husband live to exalt God. Her series for girls, P.O.W.E.R. GIRL ADVENTURES, is now out (books I-V), along with LEGACY; YOUR HOLY HEALTH: VISIONS OF THE KING, and more. See the "River Rain Creative" YT channel.
