Psalm 126:3 is one of my favorite verses! “The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy!”

It is such a favorite that it became the theme verse for our marriage ceremony (14 years ago, October 1!).

If you’re having a challenge being positive, start saying this verse out loud, and several times through the day. Write it, like I do, and read it often. Post it on your bathroom mirror. Tape it to your refrigerator (or inside, if you need to)! Put it in a drawer or the inside of your closet door so you will see it when you get dressed--and remember to "put on thanksgiving".

Better yet, sing it! I do that often–sometimes as I’m overcoming, sometimes for sheer joy and thankfulness.

Blessed be the LORD, for He is good; for His mercy endures forever! 

Truly THE LORD IS GOOD! Every good thing that has ever happened in our lives is from Him, our darling, faithful, loving, kind, merciful, generous, beautiful Daddy God! Amen!
