Twins Enjoy Being 'Dumping Ground' for God's Blessings

For Karoline and her sister Karrie, Easter was the most important holiday of the year.
The primary reason was that both young ladies realized the importance of remembering the fact that Jesus Christ had risen from the grave and was still alive. The girls were twins and although their birthdays didn’t fall on Easter every year, they chose to celebrate their birthday, along with the day of their spiritual birth, on the day they celebrated Jesus’ resurrection from the tomb.
With the dawning of Easter came the promise of a new day, a new season of life, new birth, and new beginnings, so the twins made sure they took advantage of their golden opportunity to shout from their social media platforms, “Jesus is Lord! Jesus is Lord! Jesus is always Lord!”
The day following Easter, Karoline and Karrie, as was their custom, proclaimed from all their accounts, “Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the father!” Shortly thereafter, another post followed, “If you believe it, Jesus is Lord! Even if you don’t believe it, Jesus is still Lord!”
About two hours later, Karoline and Karrie proclaimed, “Jesus is still alive, and Jesus is Lord!”
After dinner, the twins proclaimed, “If you were blessed today above all measure, Jesus is Lord! Even if you were blessed to a much smaller degree, Jesus is Lord!”
Karrie and Karoline knew the importance of living every day unto the Lord who had given them life. “The blessings of life are meant to be enjoyed and shared,” Karrie reminded Karoline.
“And the more we share our blessings, the more we get to enjoy them, along with even greater blessings,” Karoline said. “It’s as if the Lord just chases us down with the windows of heaven opened as wide as He can get them, then dumps all of His good things down on us!”
“It’s like we’re a dumping ground for all His blessings!” Karrie agreed. “And His blessings multiply and grow in number every day!”
“He’s so good to us, I love Him more and more with each passing day,” said Karoline. “He loves me so much that I can only love and appreciate everything He does for me!”
“I want to tell everyone how much the Lord means to me!” Karrie exclaimed. “Even if He never did another thing for me the rest of my life, the salvation I have in Jesus and all the blessings He has already given me are evidence of how much He loves me!”
“You’re right about that, sister,” said Karoline. “Absolutely right! And, after all, it’s great being God’s dumping ground!”
