When life gets hard and believe me sometimes it will. Even if we are Christians we are not exempt from the cares of life. But we do not have to face it alone. Psalm 46:1 says God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of need. So, when you are going through a trial, use Scripture to get you through the hard places. Jesus didn’t promise us that following Him would be easy, but He did promise that He would never leave us or forsake us. Isaiah 43 tells us when you go through the waters they won’t overflow you and when you go through the fire it won’t burn you. Jesus told us to comfort each other with these Scriptures, so I admonish you to hang to your faith and to use Scriptures to get you through the hard places. May God continue to bless you and give you strength and encourage you. In the Lord of our Savior Jesus Christ.
