Help, Where am I?
by Debra Hugley Feels like I've been in this valley for a long time, I can say that is because all I really remember are valley experiences. A song comes to mind by that famous group The Mighty Clouds Of Joy called I been in the storm to long. I say to The Lord, Lord I don't want to keep crying, and crying almost everyday, in the book of Ecc. 3:4 says there is a time to weep then there is a time to laugh. Psalms 84:6-7 (living bible) when they walk through the Valley of Weeping it will become a place of springs where pools of blessings and refreshment collect after the rains! They (you) will grow constantly in strength and each of them (us) is invited to meet The Lord in Zion! Neh. 13:22 says, Remember me, O my God concerning this also (my tears, my destiny, my God given purpose), and spare me according to thy greatness of thy mercy! Lord, I'm here where is here? Define the word here for me please. Trying to keep composure in this place called here it's difficult but I know that God gives me strength because sometimes I feel like I am getting ready to faint but His strength picks me up. Even king david said Psalms 27:13 I had fainted unless I had BELIEVED to see the goodness of The Lord in the land of the living. Have you ever been in a place inside you where there is confusion,fear, having anxiety attacks, doubts, misunderstood and the list an go on, what comes to my mind have you been in a building (hotel, shopping mall) and you noticed they always have an escape plan mounted on the wall it says "you are here" then it shows how to get to the exit in case of an emergency. God always has an exit plan in our here's in case of emergencies because we don't haf to stay in our here's God wants to usher us to His there (presence). Jesus says I am the way, the truth, and the life John 14:6, lets follow Jesus from our here, He will get us to our there. Hallelujah!
