The Trump is About to Blast: 'Awake You Who Sleep' Part 1
by Wendy B McLain Awake you who sleep These are Christ's own words found in the the book of Ephesians. 'Therefore He says: "Awake you who sleep, arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light."' Ephesians 5:14 (NKJV) This scripture reference is given in context of walking in the light of Christ and in His wisdom. He goes on to say, 'See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.' Ephesians 5:15 Wake up wake up For the world is quickly passing away it and everything in it will soon be burned up. He is warning the inhabitants of this world to wake up from spiritual blindness, depravity and apathy. 'But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.' 2 Peter 3:7 The events of the end times (spoken of by John the apostle and many of the Old Testament prophets like Ezekiel, Daniel, Joel and Zechariah) are beginning to unfold right before our eyes. Bible prophecy is jumping off the pages of God's word into the realm of our daily lives like never before and if you don't see it wake up. Wake up! Your eternal destiny hangs in the balance. What will you do with the warnings you receive? What will you do with the truth you've been given by the testimony of God's living word? 'For He says: "In an acceptable time I have heard you, and in the day of salvation I have helped you." Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.' 2 Corinthians 6:2 'While it is said: "Today, if you will hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion."
