He Saw Me
by kenneth hurst He Saw Me In John 1:45-51, Jesus met a man named Nathanael. He knew Nathanael before they met. He saw Nathanael. There are many verses in the bible that tell us of the foreknowledge of God; Acts 2:23- Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain: Romans 8:29- For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Jesus saw you. He has adopted you into his eternal, royal family; Romans 8:15- For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Ephesians 1:5,6- Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, to the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. We as believers have become spiritual creatures; John 3:6- That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. II Corinthians 5:17- Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Jesus is the eternal redeemer and sees us as already redeemed. Hebrews 7:3,24,25- Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually. But this [man], because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. Romans 8:30- Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. We have this same eternal life nature within the body of Christ; Ephesians 3:17-21- That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what [is] the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him [be] glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. Praise Jesus. Just want to share the Joy! Article Source: http://www.faithwriters.com |
