A Word for the United States
by Angel Casiano Stop asking for more of ME; as if you are waiting for me to manifest my glory! For you have had all of me since the day I saved you. Did I not give my Son for your sins? Did I not fill you with my Spirit? Did I not surround you by my angels? For it is time today for you to look at yourself. It is not for you to ask more of me at this hour; it is for you to give me more of you. For my salvation and my Word must find its way in your daily life, in your economy, in your education, in your government and in your politics. I am the Lord! You are rejecting me and all that I represent. Close to ten years ago you turned to me for a week, but your own leaders encouraged you to go back to your way of live, to your routines and to your consumerist ways. Very proudly you shouted at your enemy: "You will not bring us down." You got a hold of your patriotism as you sang that you were "proud to be an American where at least I know I am free" Your leaders, your own leaders, even those who claimed to follow me, encouraged you to go back to the malls, to buy cars and to travel. That was a time of repentance, of fasting; a time of prayer and a time to make clear who the God of your nation is. But you rejected me again and continue to do so today. Leaders took credit for keeping the nation safe from another attack and received as the saviors. But I did not give you your current leader as your savior, but as one that will carry-out some of the reaping that you have been sowing for decades. You call yourself the "United Stated," but you are divided by the color of your skin today more than ever; for the spirit of racism continues to be worshiped and continues to be embraced. False Prophets with their dishonest gains continue to feed, even today, the spirit of racism. You keep holding on to your anger and to your un-forgiveness and you continue in holding on to your pride and arrogance. One is the cause of your social devastation, the other is bringing forth great judgment upon your own people because you refuse to forgive from your heart and embrace the true freedom that I have for you. You were declared free politically, but you still have chains strapped to your heart. Can I not do everything I want in you? Can they really stop me from doing what I want in you? For I brought you out of your Egypt, I chose you to face great pain, I molded you in great hardship; you surely became familiar with overwhelming afflictions. I did it to raise you up, to share my holiness with you, for you to see my face and to send you out as a powerful spiritual liberator. Who told you to worship the victim mentality? Who told you to worship the government of a nation who hates me? I am your Savior and I am your Banner; but you have rejected me and gone astray after other gods. You were the moral compass of this nation, but you have become detestable before my eyes. Does he continue to be your savior? Is he your anointed one? The one received as your president? Republicans, Conservatives, Tea Party members and Independents have very little good to say about this man. But who are you? Are you in a position to judge the failure of this leader? No, for you have a form of godliness, but you deny my power. You are full of empty religion and many of you are ashamed of declaring my Word. You have become people pleasers and boldness is no longer found on your lips. You look for the middle in your political spectrum and your power and political aspirations have become the center of your drive for positions. You have turned to radio personalities that do not carry my love and my truth; they have become agitators and worthless worshippers of themselves. I am the answer, the only answer and no one stands before me. Your President is not wrong for apologizing for America's previous sins around the world; your President is wrong for his hypocrisy and for not bringing America to Repentance before me. For your President seeks the favor of men; but rejects my power also. Did I not say? "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14) Is America exempt from having to humble herself before Me? Is her path perfect? Is America praying? How many are praying in their secret places? How many gather to pray as they gather faithfully to celebrate their freedom in night clubs, sports events and "happy hours." The gods of entertainment have distracted you and turned you away from seeking me. How can you turn from your wicked ways? For wickedness has become acceptable among you; you have said yes to fornication, to homosexuality, to greed and to all the gods seduction. T.V. talk-show hosts are your religious compass and you no longer search my Word to confirm what these famous fools are declaring. These are Baals of this day that are leading this nation into the flames of hell. You sit back and watch on T.V. the destructions of families and their mess placed on display for all to watch and you find it funnyyou call that entertainment! Like the days of the Coliseums and what entertained that violent generation, you sit back and laugh and enjoy the very things that break my heart. Where are my people? Consumed with having, with a prosperity message that is not of me; it is not the prosperity that I have for you. For I desire to prosper you as your soul prospers, so your riches don't be the very same thing that will bring harm upon you. My church has become high class Membership Clubs, but my people don't know Me and can care less to know one another. Your leaders have exchanged my anointing for degrees and the worthless ways of the world. America, you are well-spoken in many of your pulpits, you know how to put a sermon together and how to hype the people, but where is my power? Where is my anointing that destroys the yoke and makes people free? My church is not holy and has no desire for holiness and I am the One now waiting on you: "20Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches."
