A TEA PARTY
by Stanley Davis That was a nice tea party, do you think Obama would have thought that many people would come to Washington and say to him, enough. I wanted to go myself, but lack of funds caused by the poor economy placed me at home to be a spectator. Only time will tell if he was listening. Who knows, being the dictator he is he has probably forgotten about it already. But we as Christians and citizens of the United States need to keep the pressure on. Especially on issues like the failing economy, Government spending, taxes, Gay and Lesbian marriage, Stem Cell research, Abortion, Gun rights, etc I could go on and on about our worsening society. Our country is in major debt and frankly I don't believe our present Administration knows how to get us out. The health care system needs to be reformed, but not by Government. As a whole, we need to stand up and tell big brother we aren't gone to take it anymore. Our voices need to be heard, the silent majority will need to come alive if we are to save what is left of this country. I thank God for all those who made the trip to DC. They say it could have been the largest gathering in Washington to date. I wonder what happened to all the media coverage, "hmm". The state run media has little to say about what all took place there. I wonder why? Maybe we need to stop supporting them. Maybe we need to stop watching those ungodly shows on television and buying those DVDs that supports everything but God. I wonder if they would change their position in politics then. Regardless we need to stand and say sin is sin and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ to this lost and dying world, and that even includes Barack Hussein Obama.
