Such as enterprise owner who ought not feel fear risk and fail in psychological mind, it proves that personal characteristic is very important to compare studying if pursuing business career. In fact, every enterprise owner needs to attempt to do the small business in the beginning. It means that the risk will be increased when business expands for a long time. For example, insurance can reduce their risk ,as office occurs fire which can get compensation . I means that businessmen who ought not feel fear risk and fail in psychological mind as same as insurance can protect them to threaten competitors Insurance is money support to them. Otherwise businessmen who pursue success. Psychological needs is their force to support to continue to do their business to expand successfully for a long term. Thus, businessmen need own the ambition and business fail risk to raise their competitive ability in their market.
